Umami is installed on the landing page and confirmed live. The Umami tracking script is spliced into the page head (production deploy 863387f8, 2026-06-30). Verified receiving traffic: 12 pageviews / 12 visitors in the Umami dashboard. Umami is the landing-page analytics tool of record. A pageview confirms the script runs — it is not the same as an email signup, which is a separate metric, honestly still 0 on day one.

The rule (re-scored from the real week-8 figures): the verdict is GO only if all three targets are met at week 8 — at least 8 videos published, 250 or more email signups from unpaid strangers, and 500 or more organic YouTube subscribers. If any single one falls short, the verdict is NO-GO, and distribution gets fixed before anything else is built.
