Tracking setup & weekly growth report
All tracking is free and first-party. No third-party analytics tools are used.
| Surface | Tool | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Free-sample landing page lullwood-free-sample.pages.dev | Umami (self-hosted, privacy-first) | Installed & live |
| YouTube channel @lullwoodsleep | YouTube native analytics (YouTube Studio) | In use |
| Sleep-story podcast Spotify + Apple | Spotify native analytics (Spotify for Creators) | In use once feed is live |
Umami is installed on the landing page and confirmed live. The Umami tracking script is spliced into the page head (production deploy 863387f8, 2026-06-30). Verified receiving traffic: 12 pageviews / 12 visitors in the Umami dashboard. Umami is the landing-page analytics tool of record. A pageview confirms the script runs — it is not the same as an email signup, which is a separate metric, honestly still 0 on day one.
Sources of truth: videos published & subscribers — YouTube Studio; email signups — the Brevo list ‘Lullwood — Free Sample Signups’; landing-page visits & referrers — Umami.
Three targets to clear by week 8: 8 videos published, 250+ email signups from unpaid strangers, and 500+ YouTube subscribers growing on their own.
The columns show real actuals. All read 0 at the day-one baseline (channel is a placeholder, no videos live, podcast not up). Each row is updated with the real figure as that week completes. Targets are stated above, kept out of the actuals so the table always shows what genuinely happened.
| Week (start) | Videos published | Email signups | YouTube subscribers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Week 1 (2026-06-30) | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Week 2 (2026-07-07) | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Week 3 (2026-07-14) | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Week 4 (2026-07-21) | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Week 5 (2026-07-28) | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Week 6 (2026-08-04) | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Week 7 (2026-08-11) | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Week 8 (2026-08-18) | 0 | 0 | 0 |
Verdict: NO-GO. Measured against the three targets, videos published = 0 (target 8), email signups = 0 (target 250+), and YouTube subscribers = 0 (target 500+). Not all three targets were met, so the verdict is NO-GO.
The rule (re-scored from the real week-8 figures): the verdict is GO only if all three targets are met at week 8 — at least 8 videos published, 250 or more email signups from unpaid strangers, and 500 or more organic YouTube subscribers. If any single one falls short, the verdict is NO-GO, and distribution gets fixed before anything else is built.
